I love the shoe design and will not return. I ordered the Black Tudor Rose in 7. I used the product measurement chart and ordered accordingly, though I wear US 8-8.5. The US 7 flats I bought fit fine, if a little snug across the top of the foot ( not made for high arches). But, the 2in heels are tighter. I have the strap at the last hole and can barely get my foot in while wearing a nylon stocking. The toebox is also a bit snug and occasionally my toes fall asleep of I don't move around. I have a normal width foot with high arches. Warning, Hot Chocolate shoes are NOT made for feet with high arches. As the shoe is a beautiful Navy blue velevet (not black as advertised), I am hoping the shoe will stretch a bit with time. As for the comfort, there is decent cushioning in the shoe (considering it is a high heel, not a flat), but I need arch support inserts. Next time I will order size 8 in the heels and hope it fits better.They are a little loose, but that's not a big deal. They'll get more comfortable as I wear them more. They are awesome shoes and I can't wait to find more outfits to go with them.These shoes are soooo comfortable, which surprised me because I have bunions on both feet and have rheumatoid arthritis. I picked these because they aren't too tall and have a nice wide heel. The design is so adorable and I constantly get compliments when I wear them! Buying another pair soon!These shoes are absolutely gorgeous! They do run about a size too big for US sizes! My daughter is an 8 in every shoe, but these we bought in an 8 and they were too big. The size 7 is perfect! So go down a size when ordering!I absolutely love these shoes!!! They look amazing and fit great. They are comfortable and have good support.These are gorgeous. The shoes fit well, only complaint is that the buckle holes were not perforated all the way and I had difficulty the first time I put them on. I am a size 9 regularly but per the sizing guide I was in between 8 and 9 so I went with 9, they are a slight bit larger but honestly I Don't mind as they give my feet room to breath and I am quite sure I will not get blisters.as previous comments stated they are a dark navy but from some angles they pass as black. Really stunning shoesYou can wear these shoes everyday as well as for a great night out ! The designs are marvelously fantastic.I loved the shoes because they are colourful and different. They come in great packaging. However I personally found the sizing difficult. I ordered a size 5 which came as 37. They were too small. I had to return them. I measured my feet and I have ordered a size 6 which comes as a 38. Usually in uk size 5 is a 38 so I was thrown by this. However I have reordered and I hope the next pair will fit. I love colour and I love this brand, but I have only just discovered the range. I hope if the next pair fits and if they do I will understand the sizing for next time.Beautiful shoe but couldn't get the right size sent! Lovely shimmery pink shoe (picture does not do it justice) with fab check heel and padded inside for comfort. I wanted a HC 39 so ordered the uk7 but got sent a 40, so then ordered uk 6 but got sent 38. Not sure how to get the 39 from Amazon but have since got elsewhere!Beautiful shoes that not only look good but are comfortable to wear. No issues with the seller, but I’m an irregular choice collector and I thought I would give this brand a try, they felt cheap in comparison for the same price point. However, they were cute, comfortable and true to size. I returned and received an immediate refund
