Very happy with these molds, I have two at the moment and will be purchasing more in the future. I find the best way to release the chocolate is to pop them in the freezer for fifteen minutes, take it out and gently twist the ends to loosen the chocolates, upend it above the kitchen surface then give each indention a sharp tap with the handle of a kitchen knife or similar tool and they will come out easily.As long as you use good quality chocolate, sticking to the mold isn't a problem and the end result is spectacular, I've had to take photos when I've made them to prove I actually did make them! Fantastic product and as long as you take good care of them they should last a lifetime.This chocolate mold is AMAZING! The lines are clean and make the bon bons shine. The depth was is perfect for your go to ganache . I’m hooked on this brand !I love them. I did think they were going to be larger. But the product comes out so pretty and they are easily removed and cleanedis a great product, they get a lot of chocolate but is useless for fill only you can work directly with the chocolate and without ganashThe mold is great! VERY high quality.Uno stampo in policarbonato decisamente resistente, è ciò che ci vuole quando si sbatte con forza per fare uscire qualche cioccolatino restio a staccarsi!! molto belle le formine!E' un buon stampo per cioccolatini, l'unica pecca è che i cioccolatini sono un po' piccoli. Per il resto è un buonissimo stampo, molto utile e funzionale.Sono un'appassionata di praline e devo dire che questo prodotto è ottimo. Molto facile da utilizzare e le praline vengono molto belle. Ci sono varie forme, tutte belle. Lo consiglio.Parfait. Démoulage simple après tempérage du chocolat.Le polycarbonate est transparent donc on voit quand le chocolat a cristalliser et peut être démoulé.Comme d'habitude avec ses moules il faut en prendre grand soin pour ne pas rayer l'intérieur.15 jours d'attente et des commandes passées plus tard et déjà reçues... les moules se font toujours attendre et le numéros de colis du transporteur ne correspond à rien. Prend on le client pour une truffe ?
