Luckily I felt it with my tongue otherwise that metal would have gone straight to my stomach. I had no idea what nature's bliss brand is but when I saw it on amazon I trusted this brand and ordered it. Amazon never cares for consumer health, it only aims for profit. It's not about the money it's about not meeting the expectation.Is not like glavour than Gel's in small pocket can smeel coffee flavour more hard to biteIt is a very good product.
