I would give Dio Candle Company a 6⭐️ rating if I could. My bedroom got a facelift with an ice cream parlor theme so I ordered the waffle cone candle. It smells amazing! Not too strong, as I am sensitive to strong odors, but this candle is subtle and sweet. I read this company is a small business, and although their candles are a bit pricey, it was worth it.Unfortunately the candle arrived broken, but not due to the seller’s mishandling. The bottom was broken right off, and the glass is solid and thick, so it almost certainly happened during shipping. I requested a replacement, and the seller immediately sent me a replacement with a personalized handwritten note, cute little freebie sample jar of the apple cider donuts (also amazing), and a discount coupon for my next purchase. I didn’t even have to follow up, it just showed up at my door! There are so many fun scents and I’m definitely trying another. It burns clean and lasts a long time. I was VERY impressed how they made things right and how quickly they resolved my issue. I highly recommend the seller. Support small businesses!
