Juzo 15-20 mmHg Soft Seamless Gauntlet Compression Glove for Arthritis & Swelling Relief - Left Hand, Chocolate Color - Perfect for Daily Wear & Post-Surgery Recovery

I ordered the Juzo 15-20 mmHg Soft Seamless Gauntlet, Left Beige, M which was pictured in the ad as having fingers, however, I received a fingerless gauntlet. This ad is very misleading. While there is an option for a fingerless gauntlet, it is not the option that I selected and so I'm a little disappointed. I suppose I will try this and see how it goes, but my PT recommended the one with the fingers. Edited to add: I have used the gauntlet that I received and it seems to be helping with my swelling, though I still need to order the correct model. The seller responded immediately to my complaint and rectified the situation without hesitation! Very good customer service indeed. :)I bought these for my mom who has ALS. If we got what was pictured, I probably would have given them a 5; however, the individual fingers were not there. All 4 fingers were in the same hole which defeats the purpose of "compression". It was kind of like getting a mitten when you ordered a glove.If I don’t wear this with sleeve my hand will swell!This is not a glove as pictured it does not have fingers as shown. It is strickly a gauntlet meaning it ends at the knuckles.The photo is misleading. Thought I was purchasing a glove with fingers - this just covers the palm. Will returnI expected to get what I saw in the picture. I returned it.
